High School Spring Break Retreat
March 13-16, 2025
Camp forms and scholarship applications must be completed and submitted by parent as soon as possible to secure a spot. Registration will close on Monday 03/10/25 at 11:59 pm. (Links found below.)
Here are things you must know:
• The camp is 9th-12th grade.
• Camp Payment must be paid via link below.
• Scholarship Applications (YFC or Angel Tree) can help offset the cost of camp (applications links found below).
• Total Cost of retreat is $435 (Everyone can apply for scholarships however, a $135 out-of-pocket deposit is paid by all)
• Deposits and 3 Community Service hours are still required if applying for scholarships.

Packing List
Great freedom is allowed in dress at camp. Modest, comfortable and weather appropriate clothing are highly encouraged to ensure students are prepared for various activities and weather conditions. No expensive outfits, please. Anything beyond that and you will be overdressed. You will want a set of old clothes for messy games.
Here is a checklist of basic essentials you will need while at camp:
• 2 Towels
• Bedding (sheets. pillow, blankets or sleeping bag)
• Bible
• Journal & pen
• Backpack or fanny pack
• Hat
• Sunglasses
• Reusable water bottle (*required)
• Toiletries ( deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toothpaste and brush, shaving
cream, razor, etc.)
• A Swimming Towel and washcloths (2-3)
• Shower shoes or flip flops
• 1 pair of tennis shoes – at least one older well- worn pair for messy games.
• Poncho or good raincoat
• 5 =pairs of socks
• 5 = pairs of underwear
• 5 = pairs of shorts
• 5 = t-shirts
• 1 set of old clothes for messy games
• sweat pants
• sweatshirts or jacket
• Flashlight (batteries for flashlight)
• Laundry bag
• Sunscreen, repellents and other needed medications
• Students get with site director to coordinate with the camp theme outfit

Bus #1
Departing at the City Life Center (1301 Colima St, San Antonio, TX 78207) on March 13th. Student must arrive at this location at 12 PM.
We will arrive at LoneHollow Ranch (1010 Cooley Ln Vanderpool, TX 78885) on March 13th at approximately at 3:15 PM.
We will return to this location approximately at 1 PM on March 16th.
Bus #2
Departing at the YFC Office (10401 IH-10 W San Antonio, TX 78230) on March 13th. Student must arrive at this location at 12 PM.
We will arrive at LoneHollow Ranch (1010 Cooley Ln Vanderpool, TX 78885) on March 13th at approximately at 3:15 PM.
We will return to this location approximately at 1 PM on March 16th.
Bus #3
Departing at King of Glory Familia (2627 Oak Island Dr, San Antonio, TX 78264) on March 13th. Students must arrive at 12 PM.
We will arrive at LoneHollow Ranch (1010 Cooley Ln Vanderpool, TX 78885) on March 13th at approximately at 3:15 PM.
We will return to this location approximately at 1 PM on March 16th.
*Note: Parents are to stay with student(s) during drop-off on March 13th to fill out any necessary hard copy forms. Students are advised to eat before arriving to the bus departure sites, as there will not be food available until dinner time at the campsite.
